Required work experience:
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a Hematology laboratory.
NVQ requirements / Preferred qualifications:
Required skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent.
Valid professional license/registration with the relevant council (SLMC).
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a Hematology laboratory.
Strong experience in routine and specialized hematology testing (CBC, coagulation profiles, blood film analysis, etc.)
Strong knowledge of laboratory quality systems and safety protocols.
Leadership and team management skills are preferred.
