As the Resource Person for the Career Guidance Awareness Programme held on 22 July 2026 at the NAITA Colombo District Office, I conducted a session on the CareerOne Platform, demonstrating how to effectively use it as a digital career guidance tool. The session covered how to navigate the platform, search for TVET courses and training opportunities, access occupation profiles and career information, explore career pathways, and utilise labour market information to support students, trainees, and job seekers in making informed career decisions.
