A Building Painting Technician is a skilled professional responsible for preparing and painting various building surfaces such as masonry, wood, and metal. The role involves surface preparation, application of paints and finishes, creating decorative textures, and ensuring adherence to safety and environmental standards. This NVQ Level 4 qualification, developed by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC) of Sri Lanka, equips individuals with both technical and soft skills required in the painting trade.
